Terms of Use
Effective August 9, 2026
These terms apply to EasyCut, published by IAM_DEV, and the related informational website. By using EasyCut, you agree to these terms and the applicable Microsoft Store terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of your videos, images, and outputs. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to edit, process, and export the content you select.
Acceptable use
Do not use EasyCut to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other rights. You are responsible for reviewing your output before publishing or distributing it.
Local files and backups
EasyCut is designed to leave source files unchanged and create separate outputs. Even so, keep backups of important media and confirm that saved outputs open correctly before removing any source or working copy.
Software availability and compatibility
EasyCut is provided as available. Media compatibility and processing speed can depend on file format, codecs, available storage, file condition, and device capabilities. Updates may add, change, or remove functionality.
Informational content
The guides on this website provide general video-editing information. Platform requirements and publishing workflows can change. Confirm current requirements with the service where you plan to upload or distribute a video.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the application, website, or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be shown on this page.
